Delivery

Delivery costs and timeframes 

New Zealand: 

Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch (non-rural) and 4-5 business days rural. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and during our busy periods. We do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical address at checkout. 

Australia: 

Free shipping on all orders. 

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and during our busy periods. If your delivery needs to be made by a third-party courier, the time frame may be extended. We do not ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical address at checkout.

USA: 

Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping location and during our busy periods. If your delivery needs to be made by a third-party courier, the time frame may be extended. We do not ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical address at checkout.

International:

If you wish to make a purchase outside New Zealand, Australia and the USA at this time, please contact us at roar@firstkill.co.nz

Delays

Please allow 10 business days NZ, 15 business days AUS and 20 business days USA before contacting us to account for shipping delays. 

 

Processing

Your order will be processed within 2 business days of being received, unless we are experiencing a higher threshold of orders during busy periods. Orders made on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday, unless it is a statutory holiday in New Zealand, in which case it will be processed the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order has been placed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is collected by the courier, you will receive another email confirming that your order is on the way with tracking details.

Failed delivery and unclaimed orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your item, it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the courier or collection from your local depot. If the item is returned to us, re-delivery from our workshop will be paid for by you before the item is sent out again. If instead a refund is requested, this will be processed less our original shipping costs and any additional costs we incur.

Third Party Delivery 

The delivery service we use to ship your order from Queenstown, NZ is Go Sweet Spot. For information on possible delays please follow this link https://gosweetspot.com/ serviceupdates/

For tracking please follow this link https://track.gosweetspot.com/m/ You will need your tracking number. Alternatively, click on the link in your tracking confirmation email. 

Note: Please check that your shipping address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Changes to my order 

Please make sure that your order and/or delivery address is correct before proceeding to checkout. If your order has not yet left our workshop we can process changes to your order or delivery details. Please contact us at roar@firstkill.com as soon as possible if you wish to adjust your order. If your order has been processed for delivery you will have to wait for receipt of your delivery and go through the return process. You will need to make a new order with the adjustments required and receive a refund for the original order. Items returned due to incorrect order and/or delivery address are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping fee incurred by us and will be deducted from your final refund. 

Cancellation 

If your order has not yet left our workshop we can process a full refund. Please contact us at roar@firstkill.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or adjust your order. If your order has been processed for delivery you will have to wait for receipt of your delivery and go through the return process for a refund. Items returned due to cancellation are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping fee incurred by us and will be deducted from your final refund. A business day is classified as Monday - Friday, not inclusive of statutory holidays in New Zealand.
